@AndrewDaArtist1 I think it initially started back when Elon added it to the list of "slurs" that can be punished here before moderation became practically non-existent. Some people might have just started doing it after seeing others while not knowing why.

Actually. Genuinely. Why do people censor "cis". I have never seen a single person censor "trans" and it's basically the same thing. The word with the "gender" part removed. The only people that "cis" offends are far right conservative christians why are we censoring it for them

Given how terribly trans women treat trans men, I wouldn't be surprised if most of them avoid us. I've honestly seen less awful shit said about either by trolls than what tgirls say about tboys.
