It's time to get rid of "pay to not disclose." NY has one of the worst flood risk disclosure laws in the nation. Assembly Bill 7876 would fix that. Let's #Rise2Resilience and pass it. Like lead, flood risk should be a right to know @CarlHeastie @AndreaSCousins @CharlesLavineNY
