Thank you, @kroger, for joining us for our food pantry Ribbon Cutting Ceremony today on the Macon Cove Campus! The Pantry, which opened today as part of a partnership between Southwest and Kroger, is available to all Southwest students. We also want to thank Kroger for providing a generous financial donation towards the pantry which enabled us to provide an abundant array of food items to help keep our students nourished and free from the distractions of food insecurity. #studentpantry #ZeroHungerZeroWaste

The public is invited to attend Project MOST’s Better Minds Empowerment Conference on Monday, June 10, at the Union Avenue Campus beginning at 9:30 a.m. This year’s keynote speaker is Memphis Shelby County Schools Administrator Dr. Marcus Matthews. Matthews’ and a panel of subject matter experts will discuss the issue of rampant crime, focusing on prevention and intervention strategies through enhanced access to education and career opportunities.
