The Evictionist Postulate Pursuant to the foundational axiom of Self-ownership and consent, every competent individual possesses inviolable proprietary dominion over their physical person, such that no third party may claim a non-consensual right to its use or occupancy. The fetus, from the moment of conception, is a distinct biological human person possessing intrinsic moral worth. Nevertheless, this personhood does not generate any positive entitlement to remain within or draw sustenance from the bodily domain of the gestational host once consent for such use has been withdrawn. Consequently, abortion represents a rightful exercise of evictionary force—the removal of an unwelcome trespasser from sovereign property—rather than an act of aggression. This analysis simultaneously refutes the pro-choice denial of fetal personhood and the pro-life assertion that personhood entails compulsory bodily servitude, thereby preserving the coherence of the self-ownership ethic.
