i was about to write a long post here. full of emotions, lessons learned, big realizations. then I deleted all of it, because I’d rather just say the point. my website is done. (yes, I know, this is probably only exciting to me.) and I actually like it. maybe just because I built it myself 😅 but that’s not really the point. the point is this: if you’re a freelancer or founder who’s completely fed up with doing everything alone, and the endless daily tasks - emails, posts, invoices, tech issues, all of it - are slowly but surely pulling your focus away from the real goal, then stay for a moment. we might need to talk. and if the phrase “real goal” made you pause for a second, you’ve probably already found the problem. because without a goal, without a vision, why are we doing any of this in the first place? so if you’re part of that group: tired, overwhelmed, and craving clarity again, wanting to put the distractions aside, and focus on what actually matters, let’s talk. this is how I can help: Coaching we slow down, clear your head, and make it obvious again where you’re going, and why. Workshops we do a lot of things ourselves as founders, but not everything has to be learned the hard way. if you want to take ownership of your PR and communication, workshops are for you. PR consultation we plan together, define direction, and if needed, I support you with execution too. The most important part: you don’t have to do it alone. 💞

do people actually trust ai-generated content? how are SMEs really using generative ai? and is GEO replacing SEO - or is it just another buzzword? these are just a few of the questions i’m currently exploring in my research. ai is rapidly reshaping how brands communicate and connect with their audiences. many companies already use generative ai to brainstorm, draft, and scale content. at the same time, consumers are increasingly turning to LLMs instead of google to search, compare, and decide. so what does this mean for communications, pr, and brand trust? what changes are real, and what’s just hype? how should comms teams and business owners adapt now, and not in five years? i’ll be sharing insights, findings, and practical takeaways as my research progresses. If you want to be in the loop, sign up for updates (link in the first comment). --- 👉 is there something you wish you understood better about ai in communications or marketing? drop it in the comments / or DM me and i might just build it into my research plan.

Choosing a PR consultant? If they don’t have these 4 things, i wouldn't work with them 👉 Creativity for me, this is non-negotiable. PR is about finding story angles, and that requires creativity. No story angle → no coverage. 👉 Early adopter mindset if your PR consultant isn’t experimenting with new tech, apps, or social platforms, they’re already behind. traditional PR - meaning only pitching journalists - is dead. you need someone who understands social media, influencers, GEO, AEO, and how to work with LLMs. 👉 Empathy an underrated soft skill, yet foundational in communications. empathy helps: understand clients better understand target audiences better understand journalists, influencers, and creators 👉 Strategic thinking yes, copywriting matters, but without a clear what, when, and how, even great content won’t support your goals. you need someone who can plan ahead, not just produce. --- If this resonates and you’re looking for a PR partner (a real partner in crime), let’s talk 😎

started off as a PR consultation and now they have more business clarity we met to see how we can work together on their PR goals, but it turned out quick that they lack business clarity so we had to take a step back and that's when the Coach in me took over the convo 😎 because we can't talk PR until you're not sure about your vision. why, you thought PR is all about writing press releases? 🤦‍♀️ pitching media? 🤦‍♀️ getting coverage? 🤦‍♀️ for me it is a loooot more. it is about getting to know your vision. your business. your goals. so we can find and create the stories to tell, together. as partners. so yes, it started as a PR consultation, and turned into a mini clarity session. clarity first. PR second. that’s how the good stories are born. 🥳

Groundbreaking. if I see one more post announcing this as the big revelation, I might book a session with my ChatGPT therapist to process the shock. 😶‍🌫️ sarcasm aside, this is exactly why I keep researching how AI is actually used in PR, because the real question isn’t AI vs. human, but it’s how, when, and why we use it without losing trust, authenticity, or common sense. if you’re experimenting with AI in comms or have a story worth unpacking, my DMs are open. Let’s talk substance, not hype.

I'll hit 700 followers till the end of the year. Not hopefully. Not manifesting. Not if things go well. I’m doing it because I know discipline doesn’t care about timing. Most of you will enter 2026 with the same excuses you used in 2025. I’m entering it with proof and momentum.

with all the AI talk and focus on the "new era" I always have the same thought: yes, it is important to understand it, use it, integrate it, but also it won't change how people behave, how they form brand loyalty, why the purchase etc. so, for me this is just the new shiny object, nothing more.

using AI in your comms campaign? it all comes down to the same 3 questions you’d use for any tool: →is it aligned with your brand? →is it aligned with your audience? →is it aligned with your goals? if any of these is a no, then there’s your answer. you’re welcome.

I help PR agencies rebuild team motivation before burnout hits. After 10+ years in PR, coaching global teams from New York to Budapest, and becoming a Certified Coach to support PR pros with burnout and motivation - I’ve learned one thing: Team motivation isn’t fixed with another team-building day. It’s not fixed with a pep talk. It’s fixed with a real system. Here’s the 3-part framework I use 👇 1/3 Creative Flow Sessions PR pros don’t lose talent — they lose momentum. Structured brainstorming reignites creativity and brings the spark back. 2/3 Motivation Coaching Stress, pressure, imposter syndrome… PR pros need space to reset, reflect, and rebuild confidence with guided support. 3/3 Industry Intelligence Empowered teams stay ahead. They understand: → new trends → new tools → new expectations …and clearly see where the industry is going. When your team feels supported, your clients feel it too. Comment “MOTIVATED” and I’ll send you my PR Team Energy Reset Intro.

there is actually lot of research on this topic (including mine). and the bottom line for now, that the success of using VI as a brand depends on many factors - one being if your product is utilitarian or hedonist? how is the VI realistic or cartoon-like? etc. i'm here for other comments, interested to see X users take on this!

AI influencers are popping up everywhere. Brands get killer control, but what about building real trust? If the face is virtual, should brands be upfront about it? Would you still buy from them? Yes or no. Drop by my site at amplifyais and check my YouTube. #ai #influencers

I just had a chat with a few journo friends, and their input on PR events: - they attend only if it is after work (during the workday they need to WORK - surprise) - they hate it when the press release goes out while they are at the event (I mean they came to get info first hand, you sending out the release while they are there will actually TAKE AWAY their opportunity to write the piece before anyone else does) - they don't need a new branded pen or tote bag as PR gift (if you want to give something, be creative)

Did you know? In media relations pitching your story is not the only way to connect with a journalist. If you wish to build a long-term (and I hope you do!) relationship, you can also: • Introduce yourself and have a chat about their beat • Provide an expert to their research topic • Give further information/opinion on their recent articles
