ICT has learned with great sadness that Professor Dr. Christian Schwarz-Schilling, former German Federal Minister and Parliamentarian, passed away on April 6, 2026, at the age of 95. Professor Dr. Schwarz-Schilling was known for his international mediation and conflict prevention work through his Schwarz-Schilling Foundation, and for his support of Tibetan-Chinese dialogue.
