Boeier's Journey: Boeier (Diergaarde Blijdorp / Rotterdam Zoo) is swimming along the coast adjacent to Matagorda Island, and across the barrier island from San Antonio Bay. Over the past 8 days Boeier has swam ~350 miles from her release site.

I can't help but think that the tropical system (Rafael) moving into the Gulf of Mexico may have influence her movement southwest. It will be interesting to see where she goes next as Rafael is now headed to her south (perhaps).
