All my WR Trainers/Coaches How yall feel about the no arm swing at the break point? I’m indifferent about it as long as ur not stopping ur arms early before the break, ur not straighten them out and if ur accelerating ur arms once u break is finished. It’s all good with me! I am a believer in if ur arms stop ur feet slow down which is what we need on tight breaking routes

Coach that’s one of the habits I BEG these kids to break but as I watch him… there is no loss of step and is still fluid in and out of the break… like I tell every guy, do what I teach when I teach and if YOUR way happens to work during the flow of the game I have no words, but the minute it’s hindering your JOB then I have an issue.
