In Job this refers to an angel who walks amongst other angels and tests God. Other times an enemy of god known as Devil is a Satan, but is rarely shown.

@zarglog_OW @ShitpostGate I know this is an exaggeration, but many anime are objectively better in dub including but not limited to Excel Saga, Saiki K, Konosuba, Bobobo-bo bo-bobo, Ghost Stories, Space Dandy, Cowboy Bebop, Serial Experiments Lain, Super Milk Chan, Mr. Osomatsu, and Immortal King

@ShitpostGate For those of you curious. The anime shown is called "Golden Boy". It's fucking great, and it also happens to be the only anime in existence where the dub is better than the sub.
