My friend went on a date last week with a girl he’d been texting for weeks (problem #1). They were already sending sexual texts before meeting (problem #2). He lives in NJ (problem #3). Offered to pick her up in NYC as he has a car (problem #4). She lives in West Village. Took her to a very nice steakhouse (problem #5). Dropped $400 on food + drinks (problem #6). Said the date went well though, he drove her home. Gave her a polite kiss, but didn’t escalate because “she was tired.” Drove home confused as he thought it was a layup. Got the HR text last night and is asking what went wrong….

@Parasite Do 1-3 warmup reps with 50s, then 5-7 reps with the heaviest weight you can handle. If you want to build your chest and get stronger, 60s were way too easy for you.

First time trying 60s don’t know why I didn’t try sooner. My strength has stagnated a bit due to how hard I’ve been cutting but still a nice milestone for me. Could probably go higher too.
