Honestly… she’s not wrong, but it’s all about how you handle it. Paying for a specific seat—especially a window—is literally paying for a service. So expecting to get what you bought is completely fair. That’s not entitlement, that’s basic logic. But at the same time, if a kid is already settled and crying, a little empathy doesn’t hurt. You don’t owe them your seat—but how you respond says a lot about you. Best take: “You’re entitled to your seat. You’re not entitled to be rude about it.”

Just because their account submitted it on canvas does not automatically mean they were the ones who truly did the work

If the name they put down is drastically different from what is on the roster I can see why the prof had a problem. Im shocked you cant being a teach yourself

@cloversorrel this is wild to me. People can understand nicknames, or preferring their middle name instead of their first, but when it's a Trans person, it's suddenly hard to understand? as an educator, it is not so hard to make a note to yourself that some people's names ≠ legal names

Nothing about being trans even matters when the teacher is treating her differently than her peers, but it's just another layer of prejudice to take into account.

So how many pros play Counter-Strike with 60 fps? They don't, because it's worse. 60 fps feels better with a controller, but with mouse and keyboard it sucks. I'm currently playing Factorio, which is fps-capped at 60, and it sucks. The game is still playable, but the mouse is also capped at 60. When I move over to my second screen at 120 Hz, it's like a little orgasm every time. I still remember when I played on 144 Hz for the first time — it was on R6 Siege, and it felt like sex. It's okay to have low standards, but I didn't buy a 5000€ PC to play games at 60 fps. It's like driving an Audi A8 your entire life and then switching to a VW Golf — it just feels worse. You're obviously not used to high fps, but if you are, 60 just sucks. Also, there is a delay. Do the math: a second has 1000 ms, divide it by your fps, and that's your delay from the fps alone. Just because you personally can't feel it doesn't mean it's not there. And like I said, the difference from 240 Hz to 540 Hz is that it feels like you're looking out a window and not at a screen. It's a clear improvement. If the improvement is that noticeable at such high frames, it is also noticeable at low frames. Back when full HD 1080p came out, people said you don't need it, 720p is more than enough. Now ask people. My main screen is 1440p, my brother's is 1080p. When I look at his screen, I can see how much worse it is. but when i ask him dont you see the pixels he says no because he isnt used to high pixels its the same situoation with you console gamers still defend 30fps saying its enough remember the "your eyes can only see 24fps"?

@isawarenshi Not once in this post did I ever defend the pricing of the FRLG Switch Ports. This post was just me being shocked at the fact that Palworld is charging $30 for an Early Access game which I think is kinda bullshit.

Sukuna couldnt kill him on his own so he used mahoraga to adapt to his limitless technique which is what allowed him to get past gojos defenses.
