I had dinner once with a top physicist and a top computer scientist and asked what they thought the probability was that we were in a simulation. They answered simultaneously at 0% and 100% respectively. It was like a double-slit experiment, but with humans.

I've had people tell me I'd hate driving stick as a Delivery Vehicle. They must not have listened when I told them I love to drive. I've done 16hr streams playing Racing games on the wheel banging gears and popping clutches, never got tired.

@VoidmawGames Considering the amount of game flipping I see on Steam, if I see 1 game by a Developer I become skeptic of whether it's an original or a game being resold under a new name and company with minor changes. I've experienced this a few times. Research "like" games before buying.

Fun fact: 75% of indies on Steam only release one game. Which is interesting... because once you ship your first game, youve already done the hardest part. The pipelines exist, connections are made, lessons are learned. A second project in theory, should be easier to produce.

@JanOrszulik Could one say you might have a calling for 2D over 3D? Given what I've seen before this, I like the idea of it being a 3D world, showing us Earth from afar and it being huge, but breaking into 2D for gameplay brings something personal out in the game and I really like that mix.

Blast from the past, back then when Precursor was planned as 3d game. Really burned myself out on terrain tessellation with seamless tiles. Decided to do small 2D version as form of relaxation and that's what I've kept working on every since.
