i fucking hate that i used to romanticize my bpd. i was literally part of the problem. i made it seem like suffering was attractive and being "crazy" made me worth wanting. really i think i just wanted to believe that if my pain looked beautiful enough, someone would finally choose me. the contradiction of that mindset disgusts me now. i hate that i ever made bpd love & obsession look like something desirable. i've grown so much since then and it's completely changed how i approach love and relationships and i stopped excusing behaviors i used to justify.
