I found 1 domain that has not been transferred to my account by @netsolcares. I tried to ask their customer service, but they replied, "As I checked your account, I could see that your domain is not with us. I could see that your domain is with 'SNAPNAMES 9, LLC"

@SnapNamesDotCom @namejet Why no one is resolving this problem, yesterday sold 3 Domains each $499 and before 3-4 days sold 8-10 domains. Domain status are still active (not pending payment). Is There anyone working on your Side?
