@mikeowens1 @BrandonTheHeel If a crowd is silent for a Mina entrance then the crowd was dead. It was definitely more of a WWE crowd who only popped for the big names. TK was also working with a skeleton crew, hence RPG Vice in main event. You can tell since only 3 matches announced until the show began.

With Toni Storm and Mercedes Moné off TV, there’s a lot of open home in AEW’s women’s division and now we’ll really see who Tony Khan trusts in these big spots. So far in 2026, despite having a big roster, TK has been selective about the women who wrestle on TV: Megan Bayne (12) Willow Nightingale (12) Toni Storm (10) Marina Shafir (9) Harley Cameron (8) Julia Hart (8) Mina Shirakawa (8) Kris Statlander (7) Thekla (7) Penelope Ford (6) Jamie Hayter (5) Alex Windsor (5) Lena Kross (5) And after that? Mostly women used in a handful of squash matches. People like Athena, Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida, Anna Jay, Tay Melo, Deonna Purrazzo could all fill the void. So the roster is there. There’s no excuse not to use it.

Just got caught up and saw the reports about what took place earlier this week regarding Ricochet and an online fan with M.S.- Thanks to some DM'ing me the story and original tweeting, etc. I understand we are in a different time, and there are numerous ways to get "heat" or be a hated character, and some characters/talent take to the online portion of the fanbase to do so, but you truly never know what the person on the other side of the keyboard, or phone, is going through or has gone through. Making fun of someone with any sort of disease or mental illness is an awful look, and gross, no matter how much you want your character to be "hated". You can't try to be the change while being part of the problem, especially if you're a public figure or star. Just be kind, you have no idea who looks up to you.
