🗼WELL I NEVER🗼
Would you believe that Ray and June, who won the Reform UK energy bills prize, go back all the way to the Brexit Party with Farage?
Here they are with Farage, Widdecombe and Bull [a truly awful supernatural detective thriller].
What a coincidence [increasingly unlikely]
h/t, and thanks to @linfitlass for pointing this out to me.
These images are from a Brexit Party rally in Fylde on the 4th May 2019. [credit Getty Images I believe, but Google for me].

@TheWho87 @narindertweets Farage intentionally missed the part where the couple are actually his mates.
English

@narindertweets Did you intentionally miss the "and everyone on your street too" part?

@astro_jaz Nice way of telling me you’re fully indoctrinated, with your head in the shitty toilet.
English

@stopvaccinating You can say it all you like, but it's still incorrect.

You keep saying the Earth is “measured horizontally with no drop” like you just uncovered some forbidden truth, but all you’re doing is advertising that you have never looked into how actual measurements work. Surveyors correct for curvature every day. Engineers correct for curvature when building bridges, tunnels, rail lines, and pipelines. Pilots account for curvature. Astronomers account for curvature. GPS literally depends on curvature. The only people who think “horizontal” means “flat” are the ones who never made it past the diagram in a middle‑school textbook.
And this whole “you have a belief” thing is hilarious. A belief is optional. A belief is personal. A belief is something you can choose. Facts are not. The shape of the Earth is not a belief. It is measured, modeled, tested, verified, and confirmed by every field that interacts with reality. You do not get to call it a belief just because you do not understand the measurements.
If your position collapses the moment real data enters the conversation, it is not a belief. It is just wrong. And pretending your misunderstanding outranks physics does not make you deep or enlightened. It just makes it painfully obvious why you cling to the word “belief” in the first place.
You can repeat the line all you want, but the Earth is not flat, the measurements do not support you, and calling facts “beliefs” will never make your argument any less embarrassing.

@ManaByte Way to come back with an intelligent reply. You have a belief, thats cool and all but the earth is still measured horizontally with no drop over distance you can deny that but its just fact

@DL88459710 @DrNeilStone Ahhhh so they're dimming the sun with.... the fine mist that disperses within 10 minutes or so. Makes total sense.
They've been doing it for a number of decades, shouldn't it be working by now? 😂
English

@SteveBDF @DrNeilStone You wouldn't put chemicals in the water if the goal is to dim the sun
