They need to be able to make a case as to why some evidence should not be allowed into the trial, as it might poison the well. So I'm right both times, and you admitted once I was right! DUMBASS!

@StyxSetzke @ItsJuliansRum @FenixAmmunition In Brady v. Maryland the evidence proved his innocents and the prosecution withheld that info. So again, it means they lied. That isn’t the same case as they will present the evidence in the trial as they’ve already given enough probable cause. DUMBASS
