Important update regarding $STOSHI and what comes next
We want to take a moment to speak openly and clearly with everyone.
$STOSHI did not unfold the way we originally planned. Despite continuous efforts, buybacks, support attempts, and active involvement, the market pressure was stronger. Every recovery attempt was met with heavy sell pressure, and the overall market environment pushed us down further than expected.
This was EAC’s first own project. While we have helped many other projects achieve strong success, running an internal project is a very different challenge. We learned a lot, quickly and honestly.
It is also important to say this clearly.
The team has already burned a significant six figure amount trying to stabilize and support this project. Many other teams would have walked away long ago and simply hoped no one would ever talk about it again.
That is not how we operate.
Instead of pretending everything is fine or silently moving on, we chose the harder but real path. A strategic pivot.
What this means
• $STOSHI will not be actively continued
• No additional capital will be invested into this token
• The remaining marketing funds exist, but deploying them here is no longer productive
• The focus shifts to what actually creates value, product and community
What happens next
A new anonymous project is launching in February 2026.
This project will launch with a fully working product already live from day one.
All loyal holders will be taken care of.
• A snapshot has already been taken
• Buying more $STOSHI now will not increase allocation
• Holders will receive their current dollar value converted into the new token, valued at a 200k MCAP of Stoshi Token
• Distribution will be vested, starting immediately
Our OGs matter to us.
This decision is driven by the intention to make as many loyal supporters whole and happy as possible.
Important rule
Anyone who sells $STOSHI does not receive:
• A allocation in the new project
This rule is final and non negotiable.
