4/ Staff have also had time in our CPD strands with our expert T&L team.@FunkyPedagogy worked with one group on writing, and with maths on self-efficacy. @NicholaLeech worked on variation theory with another group, and the rest were with @speakwithsimon1 on Oracy 🔥🙌

3/ Staff have worked with our bespoke new walkthroughs of classroom practice and we are raring to go this term - nothing new - no novelty - just tweaks and marginal gains to give our young people the high-quality teaching the deserve... here are a couple of examples ⬇️

2/ In T&L CPD we worked with @FunkyPedagogy to re-commit to our consistent whole-school practice. We’ve talked about what it looks like ‘above the surface’, versus the intellectual prep, diagnosis and responsive teaching happening ‘beneath the surface’…

1/ INSET today started with @MissGillinder exploring the incredible achievements and authentic voices of our young people. Sharing their poetry and creative output set the stage for a truly meaningful and purposeful day, with our students at the centre.

Super excited to get stuck in with these on the INSET day. It’s been such a joyful collaborative process getting the content for these right in the last few weeks. Love our team! 💙 @TACTandL
