The Pitchfork score is low, but the person who wrote the review doesn't deserve the public lashing he’s getting. The guy isn’t an idiot ,on the contrary, you should actually read the review because it has some very interesting insights and references to the whole "Cuck era" (he even knows All the Love’s previous names, to give you an idea); he knows his stuff. The only thing I can't wrap my head around is how they assign these scores, knowing full well there have been projects, V2 being the prime example, that are objectively worse and not even comparable. Bully isn't a 3.4 out of 10, and unfortunately, as much as there are super interesting points and arguments, you can tell from a mile away that the review isn't 100% objective. People who say reviews don't matter only say that when they’re negative; if Pitchfork had given it a 10, we’d all be out here celebrating like idiots.
