⚖️MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL, DENIED: In 2018, Alex's murderer, Mark Taylor asked the Fayette Circuit Court for a hearing to request a new trial. In 2019, that was denied. So Taylor appealed to a higher court. This morning, they affirmed the lower court's decision.
