I often advocate for THAT KID. News flash: I won’t stop. But it’s critical that we simultaneously 100% support the T! Listen. Let them vent/cry. Give them breaks. Try new things. ALWAYS advocate for THAT KID. But be sure you’re in the trenches the whole way. #multiplyexcellence
