April Bosworth used to be intimidated by coding. As a student of The Last Mile, she refused to give up-and eventually became a seasoned coder within the walls of a prison.
Each challenge became an opportunity to think differently, to see steps she hadn’t seen before, and to discover that there’s always more than one way forward. That mindset carried her through The Last Mile program, and today April is a proud TLM graduate, and thriving as an employee of the @TeleverdeF.
April's journey proves that education behind the walls of prison can spark lasting transformation. When opportunity meets determination, second chances consistently build better futures for justice impacted people.
