Today, we pause with heavy hearts as we remember Mr. James Alton Synatschk. Mr. Synatschk faithfully served on the Texas Producers Coop Board of Directors beginning in 1998. For nearly 30 years, he gave his time, wisdom, and steady leadership to this cooperative and to the farmers and families we serve. That kind of dedication is rare, and it speaks volumes about the man he was. He believed in agriculture. He believed in community. And he believed in doing what was right for our producers. His guidance helped shape the direction of our co-op, and his presence at the board table will be deeply missed. We are grateful for his years of service, his commitment to our mission, and the legacy he leaves behind. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. We’ve been actively trying to get more for over a month and will update as soon as it becomes available. Stay warm and safe this weekend!

This year—and every year—we are reminded just how blessed we are to live and work in a place where people show up for one another, support one another, and keep our agricultural roots strong. From early mornings in the field to late nights in the gin, from the families who keep things running at home to those who give their all at work—we are grateful for each of you. May your day be filled with good food, warm memories, safe travels, and the people who mean the most. We want to give a big shout-out to the Sudan 2nd graders for coming out to visit our co-op and especially the gin! We absolutely love watching their faces light up when they see just how big and grand the gin really is. They even had some great questions that gave all of us a good laugh. A huge thank-you to Mrs. Edwards and Mrs. Carter for bringing your students out and spending the morning with us. And another big shout-out to our Board President, one of our local farmers, our GM, and our gin manager for taking the time to help educate these 2nd graders about the incredible world of agriculture. We’re always honored to share what we do and to help inspire the next generation!
