Looking at FBI 2019 Table 43A you see that blacks commit more murders and robberies than whites in RAW numbers - no per capita analysis is necessary.
For aggravated assault, Indians/Eskimos are number 1 per capita and Blacks are number 2. For 99.9% of all other crimes blacks are number 1 per capita.
