I see that people have misunderstood my post with a Latvian/Ukrainian patch. I am a Latvian volunteer, but I do not fight in Ukraine. I am a Latvian patriot, pro-Ukrainian volunteer and I do vehicle deliveries to Ukraine. My goal is to help out Ukrainian Armed Forces repell the russian agression and I do deliver them vehicles whenever they need them, including doing fundraisers. I see a lot of pro-russian accounts attacking me and I will not tolerate that - you will get blocked instantly. I follow the Republic of Latvia official stance on the russian invasion in Ukraine. This life is fucking amazing. I'm so grateful to be alive, with all of you on this miracle of a planet. Oh and I'm sorry if I fuck things up sometimes. I'm a flawed human. But I promise to do whatever I can to try to add some more understanding and love to this world. After the world leader convos I get attacked intensely by all sides, and many disparate online communities. It has led to some really low points for me mentally. But I don't matter. I'm listening. I'll do better. And I'll try to find the strength to do more of them, always with rigor and backbone, seeking to truly understand. And despite accusations, I do extremely high amounts of research, sometimes 100+ hours for a conversation. Ask many of my previous guests. But when I come to the table, I put all that aside, and make it all about the other person. I don't ever try to sound smart. I know the vastness of my ignorance. But I'm trying. Sometimes I do fuck up and sound like a douche, or do something incredibly cringe. And I hate myself right after. But I'd rather fail and embarrass myself a million times, than not do what my heart says is right. And besides world leaders, historians, CEOs, engineers, etc, this year I want to travel the world and talk to a lot more everyday people on and off the mic. This is something I've wanted to do for a long time. Anyway this is written while on I'm on a 10 mile run, probably procrastinating, since to type I have to walk and not run 🤣 But I did just get stopped by a super smart and kind girl who works at a humanoid robotics company here. And she asked if she can give me a hug to thank me for being me. Sometimes the universe sends you a message that even a dumb dude like me can almost hear. I really needed that today. Thank you for the hug and the kindness 🙏 I'm just hoping she was real and I didn't just imagine that 🤣 Then again if I went full crazy might as well enjoy it! Back to the run. I love you all! ❤️

@DearS_o_n Speak to your GP and ask for some antidepressant medication. Some of this works within a day or so, and other types take a few weeks. It has been a great help to me. You could also try taking St John's Wort Tincture available from health food shops like Holland & Barratt.

I have stayed quiet on this for a long time. I do not usually respond to negativity, because I believe the work speaks louder than anything I could say. But at this point, I cannot ignore it anymore. What hurts the most is not criticism. It is watching people who claim to support Ukraine turn on those who are here risking their lives for it. We are supposed to be one team, one fight. When we attack each other, we weaken everything we are trying to build. I will be fair. The individual I am referring to has done good things for Ukraine. That is true. But there is another side that cannot be ignored. There is a consistent pattern of targeting foreign volunteers, attempting to discredit them, undermine their work, and push them out if they are not aligned. That is not support. That is division. What makes this even harder to watch is that foreign fighters aligned with her, men I respect, are participating in these attacks without facts, without verification, and without taking the time to understand the truth. That is not who we are supposed to be. Let me be clear about why I am here. I am here for one reason. To help Ukrainian soldiers survive and make it home to their families. That is it. I have never made money here. I spend my own money every month to support units, civilians, and training. Usually my bank account is ZERO at the end of the month. This is not a business. This is personal. Ukraine is my home, and it will remain my home long after this war ends. Everything we do is documented. It is verifiable. It has been validated by the Ukrainian Army itself. And still, there are attempts to discredit it, even going as far as contacting Ukrainian authorities to claim it is false. That alone should speak volumes. But what crosses the line completely is this. People connected to this situation have contacted my ex-wife directly by telephone, repeatedly harassing her and trying to involve her in something she has nothing to do with. That is not just wrong, it is unacceptable. She has reached out to me about this herself and feels extremely uncomfortable, and it has gotten to the point where she has told me she may need to change her number just to stop the harassment. This has happened more than once, and it needs to stop immediately. Bringing family into this is not just unprofessional, it is disgraceful. We have been here for four years. We have trained thousands of soldiers. We have worked alongside Ukrainian units, training centers, and leadership. The Ukrainians know who we are. They know what we do. There is no question about that. So if there are accusations, then bring proof. Bring facts. Show evidence. Otherwise, stop the attacks. This is bigger than any one person. This is about Ukraine. This is about the men and women on the front lines who depend on us to stay focused, professional, and united. I am not asking for support for myself. I am asking for unity for Ukraine. Because at the end of the day, this is not about ego, popularity, or personal disputes. It is about bringing people home alive. And this internal drama needs to stop. Слава Україні. Героям слава. 🇺🇦

I was born in Poland with only one leg, a consequence of the Chernobyl radiation. I have known war from a very young age because of my parents, especially my father, who lived in countries torn by constant conflict, like Rwanda and Burundi. I experienced the impact of war since I was eight years old. Growing up with brothers who have mental disabilities taught me about difference, resilience, and compassion. They don’t know malice, ego, or cruelty. They taught me the purity of the heart. Today, as a fighter in Ukraine, I fight for freedom, for the beauty of the heart, and for love. I still cannot understand some volunteers and fighters who spend their energy criticizing others who share the same mission. When they say words are more powerful than actions, I believe karma will soon show them otherwise. Focus on those who work to protect people, to give them a chance to live. I no longer have time for those who have attacked me for over a year. I no longer have time for jealousy or for those who don’t understand what it truly means to fight. Today, a film and a book will be made about my story in Ukraine. The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine will produce an official film about my skills, alongside two or three others who, like me, have proven themselves. I am proud to have reached this peak, and I strive even higher to save more lives. So, those who are jealous—let them be.
