Let's get our first paying user together !
Nerva biometric is live and put in use !
I need acquisition and conversion now ! twitter.com/i/broadcasts/1…
English

Doing free founder calls inside Rayvol HQ this week.
mostly tactical:
outbound prospecting, stack choices, launch planning, pricing.
drop a 👋 in #general if you want a slot.
Link in bio.

@buttonupd Yep it's a hard way but it's also the path to freedom !
English

@VynseDev @Skyzox You might be right to be honest !
I set up the one month free trial a while ago, but since then I saw the streamer chat talking only about the overlay, describing it as "peak content" which means value has been perceived instantly.
I'll probably change that before going on PH.
English

1 month free trial sounds crazy long for such a "simple" tool. I guess 7 days or even 3 days would be enough for a user to test and feel the value
But hard paywall directly could convert the same, if even more. Only reason why someone would want to try it first is if they're not sure it'd work on their stream, with their device/type of watch etc
if you answer that already on the landing page and prove it, hard paywall would just be better
I see it kind of as SuperShrimp by @marclou

Launch + hard paywall = 🏆
removed my free plan the night before being live on PH
→ 6 sales in 2 days
I almost made that usual mistake of thinking "more free users = more virality"
maybe if you've got a huge audience
or you just get stuck at $0 with no real validation

Marc Lou@marclou
Remove your free plan. Free users are leeches. They increase support, server costs, and make you build features your paying customers don’t want. Less than 3% of free users ever convert. VC startups can afford free plans because they’re optimizing for growth, not profit. If you’re an indie founder, never give away your product for free.

@Eloise1041955 100% true 😂
The bad day are gruesome, bad sleep kid screaming and not seeing improvements on saas makes the downs real hard.
But it goes both ways, every little win feels way more rewarding than any previous job I had
English

@ThomasRayvol It’s so true, in one day, it’s an emotional roller coaster
English

LET'S FUCKING GOOOOO 🎉🎉
first sale since the v2 with the new pricing
I needed this to happen to be honest, but wasn't expecting it as I still have low volume. great validation 🙏🏻

Vincent@VynseDev
