@FLTDOC1 @MAGA_elodie @fltdoc is likely right. Blown pupil from trauma to head can absolutely happen due to brain injury (usually bleeding or increased pressure in the traumatic setting). But he would be unconscious most likely if that was the case. It’s not wrong to play it safe though.

@MAGA_elodie Wrong... In this case, if the patient is walking and talking, the "blown" pupil is most likely due to a traumatic mydriasis ( eye injury) it is 100% NOT caused by any brain injury
