I lived in Montreal for 2 years. I’ve been to 23 different countries.
I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Montreal is NOT touching Toronto. They arent even in the same weight class.
Bangkok, Berlin, Athens, Rome are all above Montreal but they’re below Toronto.
