What a start to the day, on my way to open @UllapoolB this Tuesday morning.

Beautiful start to the day as I opened the doors to @UllapoolB this morning. It still was very cold this morning, but the blue sky and sunshine was very welcome. Wishing everyone a happy book-filled weekend.

Ullapool plans by David Aitken. Founded in 1788 by the British Fisheries Society, as a base here to land herring. Aitken's plans included a house for him, curing & net sheds, a smoke house, tradesmen’s shops, a salt & cask store and ten houses for skilled settlers. #Ullapool
