Just because people are becoming desensitised to the risk COVID 19 poses it does not make the risk less! Over 1000 deaths today! The risk is still very real!

@tzijlstra To support our nurses people need to stick to the rules. Honestly, huge queues in shops, people having parties and now schools insisting 125 staff in to a school to teach a handful of key worker children! NHS is at breaking point, 1000+ deaths today and still people don’t get it

Sorry folks, but our nurses really aren't helped by a symbolic clap in the streets at a set time. We are well beyond that point, at this stage clapping feels like applauding the complete and utter shambles that this government has led us in to.
