Iโve made mistakes in my life, many of which I truly regret. But regret is a feeling you need to sit with. Sitting with the feeling of regret fucking SUCKS. But you have to understand that you arenโt perfect, and you โcouldโve, wouldโve, shouldโveโ but you didnโt. So learn from it.
The first time you burned your hand on the hot stove, you felt that pain, you know you regret doing it. But now you know the repercussions. You learned from it! You have to apply that same principle to regrets in your life where you feel regret is holding you back from improving, and doing better.
Sit with the feeling of regret, mistakes, and imperfection. Donโt let it hinder you.
