Weight Room Hours: Wednesday July 24th Open Lift / Girls: 8:30 - 9:45 Beginner Boys: 9:45 - 11:00 This will be the last day of training until August 5th. The August S&C schedule will be out in the following days.

The following Strength & Conditioning sessions are canceled today (July 15) 8:00AM Open Session - canceled 11:00AM Girls Session - canceled 12:30PM Beginner Session - canceled Normal times will resume on Tuesday July 16th
