First railroad lantern of the day! The CNX Adlake embossed clear globe is nice, but someone spray bombed it black and they want a hundo firm. Way to much for what it is. On to the next.

I had this exact Ertl Excavator as a kid. I bought one just like it here last year in way better shape for 65 bucks. 120 for this guy is end of the road pricing. Damn cool toy though!

@KappAdam79375 They're built to last. A lot of these lanterns are pushing a 100 plus years old and most work flawlessly and will likely last another 100. The railroad had different colored globes with different meanings. As a prepper those colors can be used as signal code also.
