@littlemore20 @AngieBeatDown I keep a spreadsheet of all jobs I apply for, and how many replies. From 22 November 2017 to 12 August 2025, I have applied for 1285 jobs; looked at 744 others, and got 313 replies with 4 interviews. All the 317 were no go. I have to do 5 hours Job Search every single day.

Didn’t get that job. Feed back was decent just someone with slightly more experience.

@RobinRyanCareer With the right prompt, ChatGPT v5 has worked well but I haven't noticed a huge difference from the previous version.

I have an interview this morning for a job I really really want. Something that aligns with my values and passions, and where I could make a positive difference in a lot of ways. If you are in HR or a recruiter, I highly suggest you either list a base salary or a salary range! I keep seeing the same positions on LinkedIn listed over and over. Clearly you are not getting the applicants you seek!
