@porridgeorge Learnt this in the beta and I’ve gotten used do doing it all alone, I can vouch it’s close to impossible to find anyone passionate and truly competent and still after 4 years I can name less than 5 managers/coaches to truly impress me

time to hit you guys with some hard truth. good coaches & good managers are really hard to come by in the valorant scene if i’m being completely honest. players need to be self-sufficient in these 2 areas to make a team work & then if you can get a great addition of a coach or manager that’s wonderful but you should aim to be self-sufficient alone because relying on a coach or manager as if that is the status quo won’t always work for you & currently cannot be the expectation. the current ratio from coaches & managers to teams is very low so just think how low good coaches & managers to teams are. if you have a great coach or a great manager you should appreciate them. there’s a lot of frauds in the scene but they do make up the numbers at least to allow many teams to appear to be functional with a coach or manager. so if you have a genuinely good coach or a genuinely good manager make sure you appreciate them today & say thank you. if you have someone you’re thankful for who’s put the time in for you to help you achieve your dreams or better yourself as a person or player tag them below ❤️
