I think we’d see a lot more successful artists if more of us took this approach because we’re the ones that set the tone for the culture.

I’d rather work with brands that can benefit from my marketing power. I don't think I want to sign a record deal. I want my value to be in who I am as a nine year old kid on a day to day basis. Not based upon streaming numbers and album sales.
