@Alistair_McF It's interesting for sure I need some more time to get a full opinion on it. But so far it's been cool. Ghost ships getting farmed immediately then they don't respawn until the deep sea resets makes it feel pointless to be out there past the first 30min-1h

How are you finding the Rust naval patch so far? We shipped several hotfixes last night and will continue today. The biggest issue we're currently seeing is a small but, a significant number of players crashing connecting to servers. We've identified the problem and working on it!

Rust: We’re continuing to strengthen our anti-cheat efforts. From March, server owners will be able to opt in and only allow connections to players who have Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 enabled. We know not everyone is on hardware that supports Secure Boot or TPM 2.0, which is why we’re taking this middle-ground approach to start with. This will launch as an optional setting for server owners, but over time we’ll be reviewing the metrics and expect to move towards making this mandatory across all servers. Adoption rates for Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 are now significantly higher and continue to rise, they’re increasingly standard across competitive multiplayer games.

Going to be signing a MNDA with [Unnamed Company], this is the end of my communications for the foreseeable future on anything related to [Unnamed Company] Games. That just means any discussions going forward stay private, which is standard and expected. Nothing more than that. No deals, no announcements, just conversations. Keep hope but, have low expectations

@Alistair_McF plz force vanilla server provides to have a set of standards they have to follow. They are in such a bad state. This might be the worst vanilla has felt in 14k hours

Rust server providers are so annoying they have been laggy since October. On top of that servers that are 200-300 pop server small-med maps opening pop to 500-800 people on wipe day just make the game unenjoyable. @FcpnchStds make guidelines that vanilla servers need to follow 😭

@playrust needs to make premium servers have minimum 100$ inventories. 15$ will never hurt a cheaters pocket.

Would’ve been sick to get a chance to play in the Rust Kick off event. I’ve been streaming on Kick for thousands of hours since day one. Not the biggest creator, but it would’ve been awesome to see some OG Kick streamers get a shot too.

@reksmore Facepunch hired some rust skin YouTuber a few months back to pick all the skins bros getting paid a crazy salary and doing a horrible job 🤣

I kind of like whoever's picking skins lately for rust. I went from spending 15-25$ a week on skins, to 0-5$ a week. They are really helping me out w/ my savings

Growing amount of posts surrounding performance decline over recent patching, you're right it's gotten worse and we're going address it head on this month. Below is all player data over the past 90 day, green is mean. There are several notice dips last month and this month.
