Did you know that Trencher is registered as protected IP with the U.S. government copyright office? Most people don’t understand how big of a deal this is. If a project doesn’t own their creative IP, they will eventually hit a wall in terms of how far they go, because they are a legal risk in terms of collaborations. Projects that own their IP and have legal protections are much more likely to get investors, exchange listings, brand partnerships, product deals, and more. Basically, all of the major catalysts that you hope and dream for can’t happen without IP protections in place. IP coins/NFTs are often the ones that end up multicycle. Additionally, projects that own their IP are much less likely to be vamped, because cexes, dexes, and launchpads can be served take down notices and legally have to remove the vamp. So, the IP isn’t just good for project development, it’s good for holders who are looking for vamp protections. There's a reason why the Troll team paid close to $1M to purchase the IP. Look at Pudgy Penguins, Pengu has literally rang the opening bell at the Nasdaq. The character has been featured in multiple Solana ETF announcements by Vaneck and Canary Capital. Pengu is the perfect example of original character IP that has dominated crypto and expanded to retail. That's why I have so much conviction in what I'm doing with Trencher. There are very few artist project leads in this space, and even fewer that have protected IP, thousands of pieces of original art, the ability to secure major partnerships, and years of experience and consistency. That’s why I’m getting ready for the next leg up NOW. I’m expanding the brand and growing Trencher beyond crypto. This means physical products, real life integrations, and so much more that I can’t share yet. This is a long term vision. Soon everyone will understand the IP supercycle.
