Each person's healing journey is going to look and begin completely different. It starts with looking inward, beyond that, it's a choose your own map kind of game.

@InnerSouldier That being said, I think it's also important to understand that not everyone is for everyone, and no one has to keep anyone in their energy if another is not aligned or the vibe is off. Everyone is on their own path, & with that you have to have boundaries.

"The more things change, The more they stay the same" I have never really been one the "cool kids", back then or now, so i get what you mean.. but cliques fall into the same group think problems "cool kids" & cults do. I think it's up to us to change what is seen as "normal", working towards unity & seeing how similar we all are, underneath it all... instead of looking for reasons to segregate from others/ looking for differences/ isolating people from other people. It's up to us to change the world by first healing ourselves.

Looking back, I think the so-called cool kids belonged to more of a cult than a clique. Not much has changed that way either.
