You think men are foolish. Involved fathers are punished far more than deadbeat father’s….that’s the issue many men have with yall women. Men who abandon their kids from day one aren’t taken to court for shared custody. They’re mainly pursued for child support, not pushed to become active parents. But guess which men are always told to “go fight for custody”? The ones who were already involved….ex-husbands and fathers who were peacefully co-parenting. Those are the men many mothers suddenly try to shut out. Meanwhile, the fathers who raised, provided for, and bonded with their children are dragged into legal battles just to stay in their kids’ lives. If a man lived with his child, raised them, and supported them for seven years, why should he have to go to court to prove he deserves access? His history should already matter. Why force him to spend thousands of dollars on lawyers over something both parents could agree on peacefully? How many men can even afford that? Why put him through that struggle in the first place? Isn’t that evil? Doesn’t that make it seem like women use the court system to punish these men…draining them financially and making their lives harder? Money that could have gone toward the child’s future ends up going to legal fees instead. This is why most men just give up and walk away.
