@vexmlk Lot of good comments here, I would also add: what are your goals? if it's just losing weight, then you could be at risk of overdoing it by thinking of outworking your diet.
additionally, recovery is just as important as the workout. staying hydrated, getting good sleep, etc

I have a question for all of my fitness gamers out there.
I want to stay consistent in my workouts especially since I'm doing them at home, but when do I know I'm doing too much too quickly?
I want to walk 2 miles every other day & I have been doing 40 reps on the ab machine every other day & sometimes I throw in an extra 20 on my in between days.
My calves are sore from my 2 mile walk on the walking pad & I don't know if I should walk again today or maybe walk every 2 days & my abs are starting to hurt (I did 40 reps on Monday, 40 on Tuesday, 20 yesterday & 10 this morning).
What is an appropriate amount of exercise per week? 🥺
