It shows how Sua cannot live without Mizi. She looks disheveled when she finds Mizi again, the light only returning to her eyes upon seeing that her reason for living, her manifestation of happiness is alive. She doesn’t gaf if she has to become a zombie in order to be with her.

"When you're out of breath, SOS me. I'll breathe for you instead" Sua wants to sustain Mizi, to carry her burdens, to preserve her existence through love. But it also implies sacrifice of her own air, just like she turns into a zombie for her, and a fantasy of complete dependence
