Ravindra Kaushik (Black Tiger) was a RAW spy who entered Pakistan in 1975 at age 23 as Nabi Ahmed Shakir. He studied at Karachi University, joined the Pakistan Army's Military Accounts Dept as a clerk (posing as Major), married a local woman, and fed India vital intel for ~8 years. In 1983, RAW sent low-level operative Inyat Masih to contact him. ISI caught Masih, who broke under torture and exposed Kaushik. He was arrested in a trap, tortured 2 years, sentenced to death (commuted to life), and died in Mianwali jail in 2001 at 49 from TB/heart issues. His unmarked grave is behind the prison. Masih's confession (not deliberate betrayal) got him caught; RAW's contact plan failed. He never broke.
