Im just a little guy but a very real Washington resident. I talk some shit here and there. I appreciate the roughly 30 percent verified following. Not to leave out the real people that arent bots that are not verified.

Seein some things about @ByronDonalds I get it. But that video is severely being taken out of context. Remember he is a politician. And that specific video was during Bidens presidency clearly trying to win his seat. This could been seen as disenfranchising to his current support to the Trump movement. I would kinda agree and kinda not. They are still politicians. Doing what they can to get their seats, trying to appease what the majority in the moment want. I personally dont like floppy politics. I know a couple people that use childs Melatonin to help autistic and adhd children fall asleep. The Melatonin is not inherently bad. We all release Melatonin to achieve a proper stater of sleep. Melatonin is naturally released in the darkening of the skies. Sun going down. Some people cant produce that initial dump and need an assist. But i have also heard stories of wild dreams being explained, most people dont really remember their dreams. So could be interesting if melatonin unnaturally being released helps in lucid dreaming. I don't, nor have never used Melatonin, nor have my children.

Can a five year old take a melatonin? Asking for a friend.
