Lotta talk about Flow State. It will be very good in the decks that want it but imo BUG midrange doesn't. Every card is picked with tempo in mind, it's the subtle undercurrent that makes the deck work. A musical note can sound good on its own but be out of place in a chord

@PekkaChu_mtg Do you register Spellbomb online as well? I’ve felt that Macabre was more important for Oops, since UB is already chalked full of value as is. But happy to be wrong. Beautiful deck, signed Daze twins. 🤝

Played all evening UB Washington vs Esper Goryo in paper at a bar full of people. More and more people approached and kept watching. Crazy to think how big Magic has gotten lately. Love to see it!

I think I am ready to see Oops banned out of Legacy. The format feels really fun except for matches against it (win or lose), and budget Legacy combo gamers can play Necrodominance instead, which is a slightly weaker but more interesting deck.

@control_mtg Yeah - I imagine they'll ban it after SOS drops to keep in line with the FON ban. I'm just too agency pilled. 😄

We are SO back with 8-Shadow. Was very, very happy with Wraith's performance here. Having 4 additional threats that leverage Dress Down is nothing to scoff at either. Can you find lethal for the 🏆? Assume no blocks - you have a land drop open.
