@Delta sent me a confirmation email for a family sprint break booking in December. Yesterday, I find out that it is canceled. Card wasn’t charged, I wasn’t notified. Agents telling me “since it was cancelled the same day, you are not supposed get an email”. How is this okay?!

We received this video from our Dobra Sprava team. They evacuated this woman and her pets from #Bakhmut, there was no place for her to go with them so now she's staying at the animal shelter. She lives there with her 2 cats and 7 dogs. #DogsOfUkraine #StandWithUkraine

Oct 5th, Russian missiles hit #Hroza, killing 55 people, 1/6 of the village. Timur was there the next day and the devastation was unimaginable. After delivering aid, the team helped to drive survivors to the morgue to identify bodies of their friends and relatives.

Kseniia's team continues to restore buildings destroyed by Russian aggressors. Last week they rebuilt an outpatient clinic in Slatyne village, #Kharkiv region. It was badly damaged when a projectile landed directly on the roof of the building. This is the only clinic in the area.

A mother, daughter & disabled grandmother live in this house in #Kharkiv region. The roof was destroyed and the walls were damaged by Russian shelling. Ksenia's team rebuilt the roof and preserved the rest of the house to make it livable. They will fix many others this week.

Natasha's team from Kyiv delivered truckloads of aid to liberated #Kherson last week.

Andriy's foundation @detidpua provided new glasses for refugee children and children with disabilities. Many of them had been without glasses or with broken ones since Russia invaded and they had to evacuate. #StandWithUkraine #UkraineTrustChain

In the previous week Pavel’s group evacuated 185 people including 53 children. The attack on #Zaporizhzhya became more vicious, however, and the trickle of people escaping occupied territories through Zaporizhzhya as a result halted. #UkraineTrustChain
