@amznind Completely unapologetic behavior from CS rep, not helpful in the slightest.

@amznind Being told to wait more and receiving no compensation whatsoever. Embarrassment of a company, I hope someone is reading this.

@amznind What's worse is not even receiving the offered Rs.250 voucher. When I brought it up with customer service, he told me it's Rs.200
