One wonders why it is so hard to build a #sense&avoid system when the IR feed shows that the #UAV is very distinctive.

The Handoff feature built in GCS, enables the use of a single UAV by separate GCSs.The UAV,which could takeoff from a distant location with no LOS to the mission area, would be able to fly out & be controlled by the operator on the location once it is within LOS & comm. distance.
