You are so textbook because 6am, 2pm, 10pm is 8 hourly. You don’t have to restrict a patient to take it at those times they can space the doses every 8 hours in 24 hours at their convenience 👀

Can doctors please stop telling patients how they’ll take their medicines? 😭 I dispensed metronidazole to a woman and was counseling her how to take it when she stopped mè mid way. Her: doctor say its two tablets I’ll take at once Mè: I gave you the 400mg tablets not the 200mg so you need only… Her: and he say it’s 8 hourly but you are telling me morning afternoon and evening Me: I said take it at 6am, 2pm and 10pm, that’s morning afternoon and evening nau Her: but it’s not 8 hourly and it’s only one you’re telling me to take I just packed her drugs and sent her to meet the doctor so he’ll explain himself for her.

@drotienoharry Also, I kinda feel that the third force is the government itself. The current breed of union leaders aren't as radical or confrontational toward the government; they’re more like boardroom gurus who get the work done — good for the government and also good for the members.
